Recently having a hard time because of blackout?

Here is a way to solve the problem by making your own power generator. Follow these steps carefully or you may ask someone for help.

What you need:

CAR BATTERY 12V

Where to buy: Car battery store or Auto Shop

Price: P2,000 – P3,500

CD-R KING INVERTER

Where to buy: CD-R King

BATTERY CHARGER 12V

Where to buy: Electronics supply or Auto Shop

Price: P1,000 – P1,600

ELECTRICAL TAPE

Where to buy: Electronics supply or Hardware store

Solution for laptop (Run time: 7.5 hours)

Solution for desktop (Run time: 6.5 hours)

Charging (60Ah = 3.5 hours, 80Ah = 4.5 hours to 5 hours)

Things to remember:
  • Capacity of Inverter must be 12v 100w for Laptop and Modem
  • Capacity of Inverter must be 12v 150w for Desktop, LCD monitor and Modem
  • Capacity of Car battery must be 12v 60Ah for Laptop and Modem
  • Capacity of Car battery must be 12v 80Ah for Desktop, LCD monitor and Modem
  • Capacity of Battery charger must be 12v 12Ah
  • Do not plug in anything other than a computer and a modem. Additional devices may exceed the maximum capacity of the inverter and it may cause the inverter to break¬†down.
